• When you book a consultation: booking happens through the Calendly calendar embedded on the site. Calendly processes the details you enter (such as name and email) under its own privacy policy and may use cookies.
• When you become a client: the information you share about your goals, habits and health, so we can build your personalised plan.
• Technical data: the site's hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as your IP address to serve and protect the site.

The site itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies and has no forms.

Why, and on what basis

We process data to reply to your enquiry, hold the consultation and deliver the service you ordered. Health information is processed only with your explicit consent and only to create your plan.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
